General desktop support for all staff at Reading. In addition to Office applications I also supported desktop and laptop users and installation of their standard desktop, including modem and network connections to Corporate applications.
I provided a "Hints and Tips" newsletter with the aim of reducing the load on the Support Staff and increasing skills in the user population.
