Re-fomatting and checking for completeness a series of checklists relating to the equipment that is to be installed and the service that is to be provided to clients.

We created a new Word Template for the authors and with my colleague, have so far converted a total of 53 checklists to the new forrmat.

All the checklists, and the associated template will be made available to other sites

 This requires talking to both senior as well as technical authors and establishing confidence that we understand their requirements and can improve the clarity and layout of their material.
