Help Desk Services
Your Help Desk is one of your most important resources. Ask yourself:
- Are all your support staff knowledgeable about all
your products?
- Have they got the experience or documentation to cope with whatever comes
their way?
- Are they always free to assist your customers?
- Can you assess how effective they are?
- Do they have the tools to do the task you require of them?
Other questions you should consider:
- Can you measure the number of incidents they deal with?
- How many of these incidents are still outstanding?
- What is the turn-over of these staff?
- How do you keep them up-to-date?
